Sarah is a class action litigator at the crossroads of cybersecurity, data privacy, consumer protection and fintech. She defends clients in high-stakes consumer class actions and complex regulatory matters involving emerging technology, financial services and privacy law.

Sarah represents clients across all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. Her practice spans data breach class actions, privacy and cybersecurity disputes and the full spectrum of consumer protection litigation arising in today's digital economy.

Sarah brings deep experience in financial consumer protection class action defense and the regulatory enforcement landscape that shapes it, including matters involving the FTC, OCC and state attorneys general. She regularly navigates the rapidly evolving regulatory frameworks governing fintech, data privacy and consumer financial services.

Prior to joining Orrick, Sarah was an associate at Buckley LLP, where she focused on financial consumer protection litigation and enforcement. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roderick C. Young, then-United States Magistrate Judge, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
