Sarah has more than 20 years of litigation experience defending Fortune 500 and multinational companies in complex commercial and product liability suits as both national coordinating counsel and local counsel overseeing and managing the nationwide defense of mass-tort litigation.

She also has experience serving as corporate counsel managing the activities of insurance appointed defense counsel in large litigations, managing the activities of various other law firms. Sarah has an extensive background in representing clients in high-stakes asbestos and talc litigation and represents corporate clients involved in lawsuits related to natural resource damages and newly emerging contaminants, such as PFAS. She also represented a major financial institution in the defense of claims from alleged injury due to performing clean-up work at the World Trade Center site.

An experienced litigator, Sarah guides clients through the litigation process, managing matters from inception to appeal. She is known for her strong written advocacy skills and has successfully briefed and argued numerous motions in New York State Supreme Court. She is well-versed in all aspects of the discovery process, including e-discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing clients for trial and has extensive experience with scientific and medical experts. Leveraging her extensive case management and trial planning experience, Sarah also counsels clients on risk mitigation and ways to innovatively settle disputes and avoid protracted litigation
