Kevin is an associate in our Düsseldorf office and member of the International Arbitration Group.

He advises and represents German and international clients in complex disputes in all areas of civil law including corporate and commercial law both before German courts and in national and international arbitration proceedings.

His experience particularly includes large-volume arbitration proceedings from the infrastructure sector, the energy market, the heavy industry and the pharmaceutical sector, as well as disputes in the automotive industry, corporate structuring and in investment arbitration.

Before joining Orrick, Kevin gained a wide range of experience in key aspects of litigation and dispute resolution by working for three other leading international law firms.

    • Representing a major European energy company in an international DIS arbitration in defense against alleged contractual claims of a former contractual partner in connection with multiple payment agreements between several parties.
    • Representing a German manufacturer in the pharmaceutical industry in an international AAA arbitration in connection with a contract termination.
    • Representing an Asian automotive supplier in DIS arbitration proceedings against a former business partner.
    • Representing an Eastern European State in investment arbitration proceedings.
    • Representing a major German non-profit organization in enforcement proceedings after the conclusion of court proceedings against a former contractual partner.
    • Advising a shareholder on succession arrangements for various joint partnerships and corporations.
