Anne Corbett is a Managing Associate in Orrick's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the Antitrust and Competition practice group. Anne focuses her practice on antitrust and consumer protection investigations, litigation, and counseling, with a particular emphasis on competitor litigations and related complex disputes.

With deep experience in all stages of high-stakes litigation, Anne plays a central role in strategic planning on her matters, bridging expert witness work with the overall case narrative. Anne also manages wide-ranging e-discovery and fact development issues, ensuring that clients are well-positioned both to comply with discovery obligations and to leverage the discovery process as a tool for building their affirmative case. She has significant experience conducting targeted witness interviews, analyzing documentary evidence, and synthesizing complex factual narratives in preparation for depositions, expert reports, motion practice, and trial.

Anne also represents clients in merger review proceedings and providing strategic antitrust counseling on a variety of competition issues. In addition to antitrust matters, Anne works on consumer protection investigations and litigation, advising clients facing inquiries and enforcement actions by state attorneys general and federal agencies, including investigations into advertising practices, data privacy, and unfair or deceptive trade practices.

From 2021 to 2022, Anne clerked for the Honorable Robert B. Kugler of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Anne graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a member of the National Moot Court team. In law school, she served as a Littleton Fellow teaching legal writing and a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Prior to law school, Anne worked as a consultant on antitrust and finance matters at an economic consulting firm.
