Daniel Kadin

Daniel advises life sciences and technology companies on a range of intellectual property and commercial-related transactional matters, including technology transactions, licensing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and M&A due diligence. Daniel is also experienced in advising start-ups and Fortune 500 companies on strategic intellectual property counseling and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Orrick, Daniel was an intellectual property litigator focused on complex patent litigation, as well as trademark, copyright, and related commercial litigation matters across a variety of industries, including life sciences/medical device, telecommunications/wireless systems, software, e-commerce, and others. Daniel is also registered with the USPTO.
