Elizabeth advises high-growth companies across a range of industries, including consumer goods, retail, technology and life sciences, at all stages of the corporate lifecycle from formation through exit.

Elizabeth counsels entrepreneurs on incorporation, corporate governance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. She also represents venture capital firms in connection with their investments.

Prior to joining Orrick, Elizabeth was a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis.
