Benjamin focuses on complex M&A and private equity transactions, including cross-boarder deals, as well as on reorganizations and general corporate matters.

He advises, among others, companies in the energy & infrastructure and technology & innovation sectors, along with their suppliers, and has extensive experience supporting clients in the automotive industry.

Benjamin is recognized for his deep industry knowledge, strong commercial judgment, and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders. His strategic approach and commitment to excellence make him a valued advisor in complex transactions. Known for his resilience and dedication, he consistently navigates challenging transactions to deliver successful outcomes for his clients.

He brings extensive skills in drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts and is known for managing complex legal projects while keeping strategic objectives in focus.

Prior to joining Orrick, Benjamin has been working at other leading international law firms. Previously in his career, he worked as in-house counsel at a Nikkei-listed Japanese IT group for three years. Drawing on this extensive experience, he delivers tailored, efficient support to national and international clients, combining legal precision with commercial insight. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and strategic perspective, he ensures solutions that address both immediate challenges and long-term objectives.
