(Nasdaq: SERV), a leader in AI-powered, low-emission sidewalk delivery robots, announced the successful acquisition of Vayu Robotics, Inc., an AI company pioneering the next generation of robotics foundation models. This strategic transaction brings together two innovators committed to making robotics more sustainable, scalable, and accessible.

THE COMPANY

Serve Robotics develops advanced sidewalk delivery robots designed to make delivery more sustainable and economical. Spun off from Uber in 2021, Serve has completed tens of thousands of deliveries for enterprise partners such as Uber Eats and 7-Eleven.

Vayu Robotics is building the foundation model for robotics- AI that powers perception and motion for the next wave of robotics solutions. Vayu’s team brings decades of expertise in machine learning, sensing, and production, enabling technology that democratizes robotics for widespread adoption.
