Duetto Acquired by GrowthCurve Capital

Duetto, a leader in revenue management software for the hospitality industry, has been acquired by private equity firm GrowthCurve Capital. 

Orrick represented Duetto.

GrowthCurve is acquiring the business from affiliates of Warburg Pincus and other shareholders. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.


Duetto delivers a suite of SaaS cloud-native applications for hospitality businesses to optimize every booking opportunity for greater revenue impact. The unique combination of hospitality experience and technology leadership drives Duetto to look for innovative solutions to industry challenges.

GrowthCurve’s investment will enable Duetto to further accelerate its AI strategy, including the development of new data analytics products, support the launch of new business lines and expand into new markets.

Orrick’s Leah Recht and David Ruff led the team that advised Duetto. The team also included Justin Montis, Derek Jones, Sojin Kim, Ashleigh Williams, Delia Bennett, Laura Bagarella, Sarah Schaedler, Eric Wall, Shannon Yavorsky and Craig Falls.

Orrick has advised Duetto since Warburg Pincus’s initial investment in 2017.
