Congratulations to Orrick associate Serena Tibrewala on being named to Lawyers of Color’s 2022 Hot List. The annual list recognizes early- to mid-career attorneys excelling in the legal profession. At Orrick, Serena works with technology companies of all sizes, helping them on general incorporation matters, day-to-day corporate governance and venture capital financings. She also represents investors and venture capital firms in their investments in early and high-growth technology companies. Serena is also involved in Orrick’s South Asian Affinity Group.
