Congratulations to Orrick MAPE Partner Daniel Lopez on being selected as a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) Fellows Program. This program is a landmark initiative to identify, train and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.
The LCLD Fellows program is one of LCLD’s most important initiatives. The program has trained more than 1600 mid-career attorneys since 2011. Other Orrick lawyers who have participated as LCLD Fellows since the program’s inception are Management Committee member Giji John, as well as Jennifer Lee, Will Stute and Co-Chairs of Diversity & Inclusion Darren Teshima and Caroline Simons. Orrick chairman Mitch Zuklie currently serves as a member of LCLD’s Board
In addition, Senior Associate Kyle Kessler and Managing Associate Allen Davis were chosen to participate in the 2022 Pathfinders Program. This program trains high-performing up and coming lawyers in critical career development strategies, including leadership skills and the building of professional networks.
Kyle Kessler has a deep understanding of the increasingly complex global privacy and data security regulatory landscape. She has significant experience developing comprehensive privacy and cybersecurity programs, and is highly skilled at providing thoughtful and pragmatic advice. She regularly counsels start-ups and tech companies through the funding life cycle.
Allen Davis counsels clients on all stages of antitrust investigations and litigations across a variety of industries. He has extensive experience representing clients in merger reviews, internal investigations, and merger and conduct litigations.
LCLD was founded in 2009 and is a growing organization of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
