Congratulations to our client Finimize on its acquisition by global investment company abrdn. Finimize is a subscription based retail investing content platform which empowers retail investors by equipping them with information to make their own informed investment decisions. It currently has over 1 million subscribers to its daily newsletter and around 40,000 premium subscribers. As part of the acquisition, Finimize will continue to operate as an independent brand and insights platform.
Abrdn plc (formerly Standard Life Aberdeen plc), is a UK-based global investment company headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland whose shares are admitted to the premium listing segment of the FCA’s Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities.
