Deutsch: Orrick berät auxmoney bei €150 Millionen Finanzierungsrunde
We advised auxmoney GmbH, the largest credit marketplace in Continental Europe, on its €150 million financing round, led by Centerbridge with participation of certain existing investors including Foundation Capital.
In addition to the capital increase, Centerbridge will acquire shares from certain existing shareholders and become the majority shareholder of auxmoney. Existing VC investors such as Index Ventures, Union Square Ventures and Foundation Capital will stay on board.
Centerbridge's investment in auxmoney is still subject to customary regulatory approvals.
