Winning in the Eastern District of Texas: Case Study and Recent Patent Law Updates

Join us for a presentation on Orrick’s recent jury trial victory in the Eastern District of Texas (EDTX) in the patent infringement case Robert Bosch LLC v. Westport Fuel Systems Canada Inc. The event will be led by Bosch’s lead counsels, Bas de Blank and Michael Chow, and moderated by Richard Martinelli. Bas and Michael will discuss the strategies that proved effective at trial and share insights into issues and considerations unique to trying a case in the EDTX. 
 
Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to network in person with our U.S.-based speakers, who will be joining us at Orrick’s Tokyo office—an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand insights from experienced U.S. trial counsel.
