Keisha Whitehall Wolfe drew upon her industry experience to moderate a panel that examined several policy issues currently being considered by state legislatures that are of utmost important to lenders and servicers. The panel discussed possible conflicts between the federal and state approaches to these issues, and review MBA tools that aid in state association advocacy.

Regulatory compliance, state examination and enforcement matters, and the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) functionality

Prior to joining Orrick, Keisha was counsel at Buckley LLP. She previously served as acting deputy commissioner at the State of Maryland Office of the Commissioner of Financial Regulation.
