Orrick is co-hosting a webinar with CMi2i, a bondholder identification and other corporate service provider, and the Italian Association of Investor Relations (AIR) to discuss the IBOR transition, which represents one of the most daunting challenges the debt capital market has ever faced. With only 13 months until the end of IBOR, by which time any necessary repapering will need to have been completed, IR and treasury teams need to be prepared to engage with their affected bondholders. How many Italian issuers are affected? What are the implications from both a legal and governance perspective? What steps can issuers take to ensure a smooth and successful transition? Find out the answers to these and other pressing questions in this webinar.
