Russell is a senior associate in Orrick's Banking & Finance Group.

He represents lenders, including banks and other financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a range of secured and unsecured commercial financing transactions, including syndicated transactions, insurance-backed financings, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, cross-border transactions and refinancings.

Prior to joining Orrick, Russell practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago and Allen & Overy LLP in New York.
