Chord Energy Corporation announced the sale of its entire non-operated Marcellus position to POSCO International Corporation for total gross consideration of $550 million. The Marcellus position consists of approximately 32,000 net acres and trailing twelve-month production of approximately 121 MMcfpd of gas. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
