Arden is an Associate in the Energy & Infrastructure group in Orrick's Houston office.

Arden focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, project development and general corporate matters for clients primarily in the oil & gas, renewables and conventional power sectors.

    • An infrastructure-focused private equity fund in the acquisition of 100% of CampusParc, the concessionaire that manages, operates, and maintains the parking facilities at The Ohio State University’s campus in Columbus, Ohio.
    • An international infrastructure company in the acquisition of 100% of the Northwest Parkway, a toll road in Denver, Colorado, for approximately $1.2 billion.
    • An international energy company in a swap transaction involving Marcellus and Utica upstream and midstream oil and gas assets valued in excess of $1 billion.
    • An energy-focused private equity firm in the sale of a 625 MW, state-of-the-art combined cycle power plant in Arizona.
    • A U.S. energy company in a divestiture of DJ Basin assets.
    • An international energy company in a $1.25 billion acquisition of Marcellus upstream and midstream oil and gas assets.
    • A leading asset manager on the sale of gas gathering systems in North Dakota and Texas, including the sale of ownership interest in two joint ventures.
    • A leading international energy company on the purchase of a 10 MW development stage distributed generation solar electric generating system in Pennsylvania.
