Mountain Point Credit Management has successfully closed its inaugural CLO for $507 million. Orrick represented Mountain Point as the collateral manager.
Mountain Point Credit is a systematic loan platform delivering highly diversified and low-cost access to the leveraged loan market.
The $507 million transaction will utilize Mountain Point's unique process using data analytics and rules-based portfolio optimization.
