Orrick Remains #1 for European Venture Capital in Q1 2025, #4 Globally

Orrick remains the #1 most active venture capital law firm in Europe, a position maintained every quarter for over nine years, according to Pitchbook’s Q1 2025 report. The firm also ranked #4 globally, placing in the top 5 every quarter for more than seven years.

Within Europe, Orrick ranked #2 in DACH, #3 in both France and Southern Europe and #4 in UK & Ireland. The firm also ranked #5 in the U.S.

In Q1 2025, Orrick helped raise over $9 billion, advising on 220+ deals for clients in over 29 countries. Over one-third of deals the firm advised on were for AI companies and investors.
