Orrick Advises RegTech Open Project plc on London Stock Exchange Main Market Direct Listing

A cross-border Orrick team advised RegTech Open Project plc (LSE: RTOP) on its £60 million direct listing and admission of its entire issued share capital to listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc, and associated corporate reorganisation.
