Orrick Advises Lead Investors in 1000Farmacie’s Series A Round

We assisted HBM Healthcare Investments, one of the worldwide leading investors in healthcare innovation, and P101 SGR, a venture capital firm specialized in early-stage investments in the digital sector, as lead investors in the $15 million Series A financing round of 1000Farmacie, a marketplace that brings together the best Italian pharmacies on a single online platform. Swiss family office Corisol Holding, Investors Club, Iag, Liftt and Healthware Ventures also participated in the round.

1000Farmacie's technology integrates the best-performing warehouses of independent pharmacies on a single platform to create a common one. The goal is to offer the user the greatest possible assortment and a fast and efficient delivery service. The Orrick team included Attilio Mazzilli, Alessandro Vittoria, Livia Maria Pedroni, Ginevra Rebecchini, Claudia Cirinà and Elena Cozzupoli.
