Version Française: Orrick a conseillé l’éditeur de jeux mobiles Homa Games sur sa levée de 50M$ en série A

We advised French mobile games publisher Homa Games on its $50m Series A round, just seven months after its $15M seed round. This new round was led by Northzone and Singular and included historical investors Eurazeo, Headline and OneRagtime, with the participation of the founders of King and FuboTV.

Founded in 2018 by Daniel Nathan and Olivier Le Bas, Homa Games is a mobile game production and publishing studio whose model is based on partnerships with independent developer studios to whom the company offers a platform of cutting-edge technological tools aimed at improving their visibility and profitability. The bet of the two founders has paid off: the company has been growing rapidly for the past three years, with more than 40 games published, topping the mobile download charts with more than 500 million downloads. In eighteen months, the startup has added four offices in Europe and created one hundred jobs.

The Orrick Tech Companies Group team that worked alongside Homa Games and its founders was led by partner Benjamin Cichostepski and included associates Samuel Tazartes, Mayeul Lelièvre and Jade Houzé.
