Orrick Advises NuOrder on $45 Million Series E Round

Congratulations to our client NuOrder, a B2B e-commerce platform, on its $45 million Series E financing round. The round was led by Brighton Park Capital and Imaginary Ventures. NuOrder will use the new capital to continue transforming commerce between brands and retailers in the global B2B marketplace. The Orrick team advising NuOrder was led by Andrew Erskine and includes Anik Guha, Jay Schau and Brandon Sanders.
