Orrick advised United Ventures SGR SpA, an independent venture capital fund specializing in software and digital technology, in its investment in the Series A financing of xFarm, a platform aimed at facilitating the digitalization of farms. Swiss fund TiVenture SA also participated in the financing round.
The investment will allow xFarm to consolidate its presence in the Italian market and expand into international markets with an emphasis on Europe, South America and Africa, as well as to strengthen its technology platform.
