Dissecting the Annual Federal Agency Fair Lending Summit

Webinar | December.09.2021 | 2pm - 3pm (Central Standard Time)

Eight federal agencies gather next week for a 90-minute webinar on fair lending, where they'll talk about HMDA data, redlining, marketing, fintech risk management, and appraisal-related discrimination. The discussion, which is part of Federal Reserve System's Consumer Compliance Outlook series, is sure to be educational, but it will also be carefully scripted—and equally certain to leave listeners with as many questions as answers.

So join us two days after the agencies' webinar for one of our own. On Dec. 9, Orrick attorney Jeff Naimon will lead an unscripted conversation about what was said, what was unsaid, and generally attempt to decipher what we can learn about fair lending regulation and enforcement in 2022 from the agencies' presentation. And please be sure to bring your own thoughts and questions to our conversation.
