August.17.2021

Congratulations to partner Will Stute, who has been chosen as a 2021 Rainmaker by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). MCCA’s Annual Rainmakers List honors exceptional diverse lawyers “whose business acumen, passion and dedication to proactive client development has set them apart as leaders in the legal profession.”

Will, a first-chair trial lawyer in our Washington, D.C. office and a leader of the firm’s sports law practice, represents major clients in complex litigation, including serving as lead national litigation counsel for the NCAA in concussion-related litigation. He also represents leading tech and life sciences companies in current cases involving a range of regulatory issues.

Will has been voted a BTI Client All Star and taught trial advocacy at Harvard Law School. MCCA will publish a feature on Will as part of his Rainmakers recognition.

In addition to Will, MCCA has previously named partners Lorraine McGowen and Aravind Swaminathan to its annual Rainmakers list.
