Orrick Advises Butternut Box on £40 Million Series D Round

Congratulations to our client Butternut Box, a UK-based provider of fresh-home-delivered dog food, on its £40 million Series D financing round led by L Catterton, with support from existing investors White Star Capital, Five Seasons Ventures and Passion Capital. Butternut Box will use the funds to bolster its operational enhancements, as well as its growth and diversification in existing and new channels, products and markets.

The Orrick team advising Butternut Box was led by Jamie Moore and Chris Grew, with support from Stephen Tallon, Kirstie Parr, Hanna Hewitt and Thomas Allen.

Orrick has advised Butternut Box since its seed round in 2017.
