Orrick advised the “path-to-college” business Reigning Champs, a portfolio company of the Raine Group, on its $200 million sale to Endeavor — the NYSE-listed parent company of WME, UFC and other sports and entertainment properties. In addition, Orrick advised Reigning Champs on its acquisition of a youth sports company.
