Orrick has advised Philadelphia-based Stitch in its acquisition by cloud data integration company Talend. Stitch, which will be rebranded as Stitch Data Loader, offers an easy-to-use service for moving data from popular sources to leading cloud data warehouse platforms.
Talend acquired Stitch for $60 million in cash. The transaction closed on November 9, 2018.
