Johannes is an associate in the Düsseldorf office, and a member of the Corporate Group.

Johannes is passionate about advising and accompanying entrepreneurs and start-ups on their growth trajectory. This includes venture and growth financings in all stages and general corporate counseling.

His practice further focuses on the advice of (corporate) venture capital investors in growth investments as well as strategic and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions.

Johannes is currently enrolled in the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program.

    • Representation of e.ventures on participating in the €122 million Series D financing of Staffbase;
