Heather is a strategic tax and securities advisor.

Her practice focuses on employee compensation and equity incentive matters, including the design, implementation and administration of:

  • Equity incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans,
  • Employment agreements and severance arrangements,
  • Change in control carve-out plans,
  • Employee benefit arrangements, and
  • Public company disclosures.

She also advises on issues that arise in a transactional context, including mergers and acquisitions, company financings and IPOs.

Before law school, Heather was an inclusion teacher for high school students with autism and learning disabilities.
