Jessica is a managing associate in Orrick's Houston office and a member of the Energy & Infrastructure Group.
She focuses her practice on project finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters for clients in the energy industry.
Jessica earned her JD with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and dual BA degrees in International Studies and Chinese from the University of Mississippi. While in law school, Jessica served as Managing Editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.
Represented a private equity-backed independent power producer in the acquisition financing of certain natural gas-fired power plants in the Midwest, comprising a private placement of senior secured notes and entry into ancillary credit facilities.
Represented a clean energy operator in a private placement to refinance a portfolio of solar assets in the Western United States.
Represented the owner of deep-water access marine liquids terminals as the borrower of a senior secured term loan facility and a revolving capital expenditures facility.
