Prior to joining Orrick in 2017, John was a senior associate in the corporate law practice of Latham & Watkins in Silicon Valley.

    • Represented Stripe in its Series D through Series I financings, raising over $8.5 billion, as well as numerous venture/strategic investments by Stripe in startups (Monzo, Step Mobile, Check, Rapyd, Fast, Pico, Pilot, Cuenca, PayMongo, Assembled, Accord, Ramp and TrueLayer), third-party tender offers (liquidity programs), secondaries, acquisitions, corporate governance and strategic matters.
