Kyle is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity group working out of New York City. Kyle has wide-ranging M&A and private equity deal experience, especially in the technology and life sciences industries.
Kyle represents public and private companies and private equity funds in various domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side. Kyle is also experienced in advising clients on representation and warranty insurance and venture financings. As part of Orrick’s fintech working group, Kyle analyzes and creates thought leadership on novel legal issues related to crypto and web 3.0.
Prior to joining Orrick, Kyle was an associate in the private equity group at Ropes & Gray LLP. Kyle is a video gamer, e-sports fan and Pittsburgh sports fan.
