Orrick has been named to Great Place to Work’s 2021 Best Workplaces for Parents list. This marks our sixth consecutive year on the list. This year, we’re recognized among the top 10 workplaces for parents in the United States, alongside companies like Cisco, Comcast NBCUniversal, Deloitte, Hilton, Intuit and Bank of America.
The Best Workplaces for Parents ranking is based on analysis of feedback from more than 6 million current U.S. employees. Great Place to Work’s evaluation focused on parents’ feedback on their workplace experiences and the level of support they receive as a working parent. The analysis also considered parental leave, adoption, flexible schedule, childcare and dependent heath care benefits.
In highlighting the firm’s family-friendly culture, including our industry-leading parental leave policy (which includes 16 weeks of paid leave for all parental caregivers, and another six to eight weeks of benefits for birth parents) and program to provide workload relief to caregivers during the pandemic, one team member wrote: “Orrick puts people first.”
Earlier this year Orrick was named to Fortune’s Best Companies to Work For, also for the sixth consecutive year.
