Orrick Restructuring Partner Selected to the International Insolvency Institute (III)

Orrick is pleased to announce that Evan Hollander, a partner in the Firm’s Restructuring group, has been selected as a member of the International Insolvency Institute (III).

The III is a selective, limited-membership non-profit organization of leading practitioners, judges, regulators, and academics dedicated to promoting and advancing insolvency as a respected discipline in the international field. The Institute currently includes around 400 members from over 45 countries.

Since its inception, the Institute has made significant contributions to developing and improving fair and effective insolvency practices and laws worldwide. Members of the Institute are actively engaged on multiple fronts, including through their work on Institute Committees, representing the Institute in international multi-lateral meetings, and their involvement in conferences and other initiatives sponsored by the Institute. III also works collaboratively with many other international organizations, including INSOL, ABI, NCBJ, and the Asian Business Law Institute, and aims to share ideas, thought leadership, and best practices in international insolvency.
