Orrick announced today that Jean-Paule Castagno has joined the firm’s White Collar Defense team as a partner in Milan. She joins Orrick from Clifford Chance.
Jean-Paule advises Italian financial institutions and corporations, as well as international banks and companies doing business in Italy, in criminal enforcement proceedings related to anti-money laundering, corruption and bribery, as well financial, tax, intellectual property and data protection, privacy and cyber crimes. She also counsels on regulatory and compliance matters and internal investigations. Highly ranked for her work by Chambers Europe and Legal 500, Jean-Paule is a member and chairwoman of the surveillance committees of several Italian and international companies.
