Orrick advised Essen-based company Maschinensucher.de on the takeover of TruckScout24, the online marketplace for trucks, vans and construction machinery, from Scout24.

Maschinensucher.de operates a B2B online marketplace for used stationary machinery. The acquisition of TruckScout24 will enable them to add driving equipment to their business.

The Munich-based Scout24 Group operates several online portals, including ImmobilienScout24 and AutoScout24.

Maschinensucher.de was advised by an Orrick team led by Düsseldorf-based technology partner Sven Greulich, who frequently advises late-stage startups and their investors on financing rounds and technology transactions. The team also included Düsseldorf-based M&A and private equity associate Vanessa Sousa Höhl.
