Lily Becker Named to Global Investigations Review’s 40 Under 40 List

Congratulations to Orrick’s Lily Becker on her selection to Global Investigations Review’s (GIR) 40 Under 40 list. This annual series recognizes “accomplished young investigations lawyers who will shape the future of this fast-evolving area of law.”

Lily’s GIR recognition showcases her career accomplishments in both investigations and government-appointed monitorships. She has worked on two SEC and DOJ FCPA monitorships and one SEC independent consultancy, where the Orrick team tested and evaluated the sufficiency of each company’s FCPA compliance program. Lily has conducted investigations across the U.S., South America and China covering a range of issues, from allegations of accounting fraud to bribery and kickbacks. She has also handled internal investigations in the U.S., including  a matter involving over 100 related investigations, in which Lily helped oversee the strategy and processes to deliver streamlined results for the client. This recent recognition is a testament to Lily’s strong capabilities in handling all manners of investigations involving  FCPA, internal controls, accounting, and fraud allegations, as well as her expertise in compliance programs.
