As a part of the on-demand Solar + Storage Finance & Investment Summit, Rohit will be moderating a panel titled “Contracting Structures and Issues - Incorporating Revenue Flows”, focusing on revenue streams, a review of how solar + storage contracts are structured to value different services and how these contracts have evolved and impact the financing of co-located assets. Panelists will include Nick Addivinola, Executive Director for M&A at Nautilus Solar Energy LLC; Matt Lucas, Managing Director for Business Development at New Energy Risk; and Lan Sasa, Vice President at U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation.

On Thursday, October 8, Giji will moderate a panel titled “Merchant Solar—Market Landscape and Financing Environment”, focusing on the rise of merchant structures and their outlook in and beyond Texas. Panelists will include Matt Birchby, Partner at Swift Current Energy, and Jordan Blanchard, Executive Vice President for Specialty Finance at Live Oak Bank.

Also on October 8, Louise will moderate a panel titled “Financing Challenges for the California Market”, discussing the underlying issues and provide insights into the road ahead for financing projects in the Golden State. Panelists will include David McNeil, CFO at Clean Power Alliance; Steven Ryder, CFO at Clearway Energy Group; and Michael MacDonald, Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at Zions Bancoporation.
