She has argued in the Federal Circuit on behalf of a leading video-game developer, where she secured affirmance of the PTAB's decision striking down every claim of a competitor's patent, and in the Ninth Circuit, where she won relief from removal for a client seeking asylum. She has co-authored dozens of appellate briefs, as well as briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court at both the certiorari and merits stages. Robert Weinhold Counsel
