Bob Conley is an attorney in the Orrick Analytics group. The group focuses on utilizing technology and project management discipline in litigation and transactional tasks, particularly tasks that involve large volumes of data and documents.
Bob works with attorneys, litigation support specialists and third-party vendors to manage the review and production of documents relevant to investigations and litigation. This work includes using artificial intelligence and early case assessment technologies to analyze and categorize evidentiary data. He also manages teams of skilled professionals performing document review, analysis, production and privilege identification. Bob assists the litigation team in motion practice and preparation for depositions, trial and appeal.
Prior to joining Orrick, Bob was an eDiscovery attorney with a multi-national litigation boutique and led an eDiscovery and Information Governance software firm. He has represented clients in class actions, complex commercial matters and employment litigation. He is President Emeritus of the Oratorio Society of New York, a founding member of the 5 Boroughs Music Festival and graduate of the University of Michigan and University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
