Florent Lewkowicz is an M&A and Private Equity lawyer in Orrick's Paris office.

His practice focuses on corporate transactions, including public tender offers, M&A and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Orrick, Florent practiced law in the Paris office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

    • Carsharing pioneer Getaround, Inc. in its recent $300 million acquisition of Drivy, the largest and fastest-growing carsharing platform in Europe;
    • Delta Galil Industries, Ltd. in its acquisition of Eminence (2018);
    • Key Safety Systems on the French aspects of its acquisition of substantially all of the assets and operations of Takata Corporation (2018);
    • StandardAero, Inc., a portfolio company of Veritas Capital, in its acquisition of Vector Aerospace Holding SAS from Airbus SE (2017);
    • leading provider of connectivity for the Internet of Things SigFox in its c. €150 million new fundraising, supported by existing shareholders and new high profile investors (2016/2017)
    • Cheetah Mobile, the world’s leading mobile utility and content app developer, in connection with its US$57 million acquisition of News Republic, a leading media content app developer (2016);
    • Eurazeo in its acquisitions of Les Petits Chaperons Rouges (2015/2016);
    • Nokia in its combination with Alcatel-Lucent, through a €15.6 billion public exchange offer and public buyout offer in France and in the United States (2015);
    • Parrot in connection with its €298 million share capital increase via a public rights offering in France and an international private placement outside the United States in compliance with Regulation S and within the United States to qualified institutional buyers (2015).
