Jonathan Gevas is a Project Attorney in Orrick Analytics. He supports client matters involving commercial contracts, technology transactions, due diligence and business operations projects, leveraging AI-enabled tools and data-driven workflows to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability. Prior to joining Orrick, Jonathan worked as an Commercial Contracts Attorney supporting companies across the technology, telecommunications, infrastructure and real estate sectors.
Before joining Orrick, Jonathan built experience through a combination of in-house, consulting and law firm roles supporting organizations ranging from emerging growth companies to global enterprises. His work has spanned technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, energy and real estate matters, providing exposure to a broad range of legal, operational and business challenges.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has worked closely with legal and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives, transaction support, contract management and process improvement efforts. He enjoys helping teams navigate complex projects, identify practical solutions and leverage technology to work more effectively.
