Ilinca is an associate in the Structured Finance group at Orrick’s London office. She advises clients on a broad range of structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on collateralised loan obligations (CLOs).
Ilinca acts for arrangers, portfolio managers and other market participants on a range of securitisation transactions, including European CLO transactions, private warehouses and asset-backed lending transactions.
