Aniello Veneri

A Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he has solid experience in both domestic and international taxation and is a member of the Tax Department within Orrick’s Italian Technology Companies Group.

Aniello primarily advises innovative technology start-ups throughout their entire growth cycle – from launch to scale-up, through to international expansion. He also assists them with tax matters related to venture capital and M&A investment transactions.

In addition, he advises a number of Italian technology companies and multinational industrial groups on tax aspects connected to innovation and corporate growth.

His recent work has focused on international tax planning, tax incentives and benefits, extraordinary transactions, tax due diligence, compliance with tax and accounting obligations, and supporting foreign investors in managing cross-border tax issues.

Aniello has also gained significant experience in both direct and indirect taxation.
