Tania is an associate in Orrick’s New York office, where she advises technology and gaming companies on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.
Tania represents clients in complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts, with a focus on technology and gaming companies as well as individuals. She has significant experience defending clients in mass torts, product liability cases, and high-stakes litigation, including arbitration. Tania regularly advises large corporations at every stage of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and motions to dismiss, through fact and expert discovery, summary judgment, and trial.
In addition to her commercial practice, Tania maintains an active pro bono docket, currently assisting with asylum petitions to the United States.
