Joseph Jung represents financial institutions, investment banks, and other private and public companies in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts across the country.
Joseph's practice has included litigating in the area of life settlements, from pursuing claims against carriers that raised their cost of insurance rates to defending against carrier and estate insurable interest challenges. Joseph advises clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation demand letters through pleadings, discovery, expert work, summary judgment, and trial.
During law school, Joseph served as an editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review and as a teaching fellow for the Trial Advocacy Workshop.
